Round 2 Educational and Research Center will Provide Broadband Cyber Café that will bridge the Digital Divide Gap (Internet Accessibility for Under-Served Communities)
Present pilot programs within inner city schools, detention centers, women / men shelter center that focuses on:
- Proposal to invest in Information Technology Bus
- Promoting social equity (self-efficacy) through proper use of technology
- Increase literacy rate
- Purposes and Prevention of Youth Defender’s Programs
- Life Skill programs for the Culture Development of the “Whole Child/Whole Parent to fight blight and negative behavior issues in inner city communities
